To start off your event

  • Individual raspberry tart with raspberry coulis
  • Eton mess served in an elegant glass with crisp brandy snap
  • Fresh vanilla creme brulee with a homemade lavender shortbread biscuit
  • Dark chocolate marquise served with a tangy kumquat sauce
  • Glazed French apple tart calvados cream and cinnamon dusting.
  • Cheese plate to include: brie, Yorkshire blue, mature cheddar, biscuits, grapes, celery
