Hi, my name is David Swade and I developed Blue Pepper Catering into a thriving family-run business – instilling it with a deep sense of traditional family values.
These values continue in my extended professional family. My chefs and event team are well-trained and highly skilled to cope with the demands of ensuring that each catering event is as successful as the previous. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and understanding the needs of every clients’ event.
Having staff with dedicated skills ensures a high quality of service whilst we remain flexible in providing a bespoke service to deliver individual requirement. Blue Pepper operate an “all inclusive” price service, offering menus and service to suit every budget, without any hidden charges or extras.
I work with all my clients from the initial quote through to the event itself, bringing you the freshest quality foods prepared by our in-house chefs in our purpose-built kitchens. We give as much love and care over a platter of sandwiches as we do planning for a wedding breakfast.
